  • The Texas License to Carry course is a 6 hour DPS mandated class that includes class room and a range test. Course is $55 plus the range fee.

Defensive shotgun

Class designed for defensive use of the shotgun platform.  Better understand the capabilities of one of the most under rated defensive tools.  Our class covers the differences in shotgun styles, gauges, ammunition types,  understanding patterns,  and the pros and cons of pump vs semi automatic.  Also covers optic choices and defensive setup of the most common guns with basic tactics and planning. 

concealed carry 101

"So you have your License to Carry.....now what"     This course covers a wealth of information that is not taught in the state course.  Holster selection, styles of concealed carry,  ammunition choices, and basic tactics and common scenarios.  Also offers practical training drills and failure scenarios.   Class is 4 hours and expect to shoot up to 250 rds. 

vulnerability assessment

Vulnerability assessment of your home or business. This assessment is designed from a defensive standpoint to help you understand where an intruder or attacker will use your existing terrain to ambush or enter your premise. Helps with understanding the cost of correcting a vulnerability vs the likelihood of the vulnerability being exploited. Assessment will also help you plan out the three most common threats, active shooter, burglars and robbers and fire in the structure.  Cost based on square footage and time but starts at $750 for a business or 1200 square foot domicile. 

texas license to carry $55 plus range fee

The TLC is a 6 hour DPS mandated class that includes class room work and a written test taught here at the Starless Night facility once that is complete we transfer to the last portion which is the shooting qualifications that takes place at Bexar county shooting complex.  Range fees may vary you are required to have PPE if you forget or do not have any you will be able to pick some up before beginning the course.
